1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 9asia platform — whether through the official website 9asia.onl or our mobile app — you automatically agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions stated in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please cease using our platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

3Player Account Management

Each player is fully responsible for their own account. This includes:

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

3.2 Personal Information

3.3 One Account Only

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account only. Should our system detect multiple accounts under the same identity, all such accounts may be suspended and balances frozen pending investigation.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

6Game Rules

All games available on the 9asia platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game result.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are final once a round is completed. 9asia will not alter any game result at a player's request. In the event of a technical disruption affecting the outcome of a game, 9asia reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the player.

6.2 Connection Interruptions

9asia is not liable for any losses caused by internet connection interruptions on the player's end. It is advisable to ensure a stable internet connection before starting a gaming session.

6.3 Wagering Limits

7Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9asia platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating bonuses
• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information
• Money laundering or the use of illicit funds
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game results

8Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 Account Closure at Player's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be fulfilled, or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be returned to you via an approved method.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 9asia shall not be liable for:

The maximum total liability of 9asia to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, only that provision shall be deemed void, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
